VOKEL is a quoting platform for UK tradespeople, provided as a monthly subscription service at £49.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for new accounts.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial (or longer where a valid promotional code is applied). A valid payment card is required to start your trial. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be charged £49.99/month. You can cancel at any time from within the app.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online service without charge. By starting your free trial and beginning to use VOKEL, you acknowledge that this cancellation right does not extend beyond your free trial period once your subscription has started and you have used the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes and information you send to your customers through VOKEL. VOKEL is a tool to help you create and manage quotes — you remain responsible for the pricing, terms, and content of any quote you send.
You agree not to use VOKEL for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service for other users.
VOKEL is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep the service running reliably, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost business or lost profits, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of VOKEL from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
